Envelope Quality

Last Thursday I made a special trip to the craft shop in town to purchase some envelopes to use with my card making projects. I usually buy these in bulk as it very often cheaper to buy say a box of on thousand, although it does take several months for me to get through them. On this occasion I bought a batch of five hundred as the store was low on inventory and expecting an imminent delivery. When I arrived home with the envelopes, I opened the box only to find that the quality was by far inferior to the normal ones that I buy. I immediately informed the shop and this morning I took them back. Fortunately they have had their new delivery and were able to exchange them for my usual quality envelopes.
