Diesal Generators, More Powerful Than Gas Powered
I live in what’s known as “hurricane alley” and every summer we keep an eye on the weather, hoping that no big storms come our way. It has been known to happen, however, and that’s why I took a look at small diesel generators this past summer. They are very low maintenance and have no ignition system so that means no small parts to break just when I need it most. Gas generators aren’t designed to run for several hours at a time, whereas with diesel these little work-horses can go for hours without a break, and when you have no lights, that’s exactly what you want.
