I was listening to an advertisement in a video on You Tube that was explaining all the reasons to have call tracking set up. It said you would know where all your calls came from and track trends in your market. I thought this would mean a whole new phone system, but it said it works with your existing phones. You can listen to recordings of all phone calls going in and out and that will let you know if you have any staffing problems you were unaware of. The system even sends you email notifications when you have a missed call. The program was worth its weight in gold.
