I grew up singing in our church choir and have always had an appreciation for all types of music. I also participated in the school choir throughout middle and high school. In college, I elected to achieve a general fine arts degree with a concentration in music. I will likely pursue a teaching certificate as well. I would love to teach music classes at either the middle or high school level. I would offer my students the best singing course in the area. However, I would not just focus on singing, but an appreciation for all genres of music and the influence they have on society.

It cannot be avoided but there will always be superstitious belief worldwide. There are times that I think that the superstitious beliefs are desperate measures by people who want to see signs of hope that come from God. A close friend of mine has this belief about lady bugs. Their family has a long history of lady bug belief. Amy told me that if a lady lands on any part of your body you will be lucky in love or will be financially blessed. Also, if it lands on a particular object, it will have a new or improved version. I do not want her to wait for lucky signs, so I just gave her lady bug enamel cufflinks.

Don’t get me wrong, I love my children, but why do they have to be so god damn needy? All I hear everyday is, “Daddy, I want this!” or “Daddy I want that, NOW!” I can’t take much more of it anymore! My daughter is in dance classes, gymnastics AND ice skating because her mother can’t say now, and now my son wants to take Percussion Lessons even thought he is already in karate and baseball! They need to understand that they can’t have and do everything they want. I just don’t know how to get the message through to them.

My family likes to watch TV together, and we all like different kinds of programs. Our cable rates kept going up, and we decided that we wanted more for our money than what we were currently stuck with, so we started looking around for a change. My parents have been married for almost fifty years. For their fiftieth wedding anniversary, my dad wanted to do something really special. I even had a chance to take a few pictures with our after-show group and they would be an incredible reminder for years to come.
