VoIP providers want to make the best use of the prevailing situation in VoIP market

Despite feeling uncomfortable with the new situation created by VoIP, providers try to get the best out of it. Prior to VoIP, there was no competition and providers were coolly charging high rates from consumers for the telephone services they were using. But along with voip, has come competition and so they are now offering this service at affordable rates. They also want to have patronage from more number of consumers for which they are trying various means. They are already investing millions of dollars in research and development to come out with various exciting features that may interest consumers and make them extend their patronage to these providers.
