Which Colon Cleanse Review is Credible?

I have spent the past few weeks reading one colon cleanse review after another.  I want to be sure that I am not going to be spending the whole time running to  the bathroom, I have things that I have to do!  I have tried different laxatives, but I always end up with bad cramps and in the bathroom.  I have been wondering just what the difference is.  Is it just a bunch of laxatives?  I know I have heard some great things about being all cleaned out, but I am really not sure just which way to go to get there.
