Change is Fun

I have been changing alot of things about the way I workout.  Im finding that all this change is alot of fun.  Im growing in ways I didnt before.  I was very stubborn in the past, and looking back now I guess it does not matter.  I have been working with just dumbells a swiss ball, and my own bodyweight.  I never have done much ab work in the past because I felt that I was getting all the ab work I needed doing the big multijoint lifts.  I still dont do any cardio exercises.  Its just not needed in my program.
