Lose Weight Fast and Easy – Just Follow my Lead

At the peak of my teenage years, when I turned 18, I used to weight nearly 90 kilos! Yes, many people had the same incredulous expression on their faces when I told them that I weighted 90 kilos at 18 years of age. However, I learnt how to lose weight fast and easy by motivating myself enough to actually follow through with the dieting program that my mother had signed me up for and also by going to the neighborhood gym regularly. I used to visit the gym twice a day for nearly half an hour each time and I was surprised that I could lose weight fast and easy in this manner. It truly was a miracle for me to see those kilos being shed off on the treadmill!
