Dieting

Lunch was simple that day.  It consisted of a sandwich and a cup of java poured from my Single Serving Coffee Maker.  I wanted to make that diet work for me, so I cut down to the bare minimum. I was hungry by the time I got off work, but I had made it through the day without putting snacks into my system like solution from an IV drip.  Keep it slow, keep it steady, and I should lose all of this excess weight.  I’m not worried about exercise with my job, just with the temptations to overeat. So focus on one and let the other go on its own.
