Toaster Oven Surprise
Even though it’s become more commonplace now to buy things online, you can never be sure you’ll get what you paid for until you actually receive it. Clothing can arrive in a different colour and size from the one you ordered from the website. But even without reading any toaster ovens reviews, I knew my toaster oven was not supposed to look the way it did. The customer service representative I spoke to sounded as surprised as I felt when I opened up the package and saw its exposed wires. Fortunately, it was quite easy to arrange to return the faulty item in exchange for a new, undamaged one.
