You can never predict what you’ll find when you embark on a road trip with my sister. I’ll never forget taking that detour to the museum that housed the best rice cookers in the province that one year. We had no idea there were people who devoted aid to these things. Since that trip, we’ve become more distinguishing of the type of rice cookers we should utilize. For instance, I never thought of searching for a rice cooker with a lid that catches condensation as it builds. There’s nothing worse than rice that has gone soggy and squishy. Rice is my preferred food. There are so many dishes you can cook with rice.
