Feeling Like I’m Needed At My Job
I took off from work one day and it seemed like every thing went haywire. I had to go on a mandatory mechanical training seminar that require me to be away from the plant. When I got back to work the next day everyone was telling me how they couldn’t function without me. The equipment in my area was acting up and no one understood how to fix the problems. The workers said the next time you plan to take off you need to let us know of few weeks ahead of time so that we can ask management for adequate substitute.
