Another important aspect of triathalon training that many athletes overlooked is the cooldown period associated with the ending your workout. Just like the warm-up, the best thing to do is to slowly stop, not just out altogether cold turkey. So what you should do is slowly come to a job after you finish printing or running hard, followed by short walking. Remember to also drink plenty of water since this helps you stay hydrated and healthy.
