I Need to Know If There Are Bankruptcy Records for My New Client
I have been having some problems collecting some money owed to me by one of my newer clients which leads me to be concerned about their past financial transactions. I think that it might be worth my while to check in public records to see if there are any bankruptcy records for this company. I probably should have done some research into their history before I extended them this rather significant amount of credit on their orders. I just never imagined that they might not be good for the money. You can sometimes tell a lot about a business when you look into its past. Maybe I should have done that earlier.
