Is it a Good Time to Buy a B & B?
I’m interested in going into the bed and breakfast business but I’m a little hesitant now because of the poor economy. Maybe people are travelling less on vacations but then maybe business people who have to travel check into less expensive B & Bs instead of expensive hotels. You can’t blame me for being a little apprehensive because I really don’t want to lose my life savings on a business that may fail or lose money. I’m going to have to think more about it and weigh the pros and cons before I decide to actually go ahead and buy a bed and breakfast.
